I designed my interactive article so that it can be scaled down. By using a lot of percentage (%) values I was able to achieve a some-what consistent scaling compatibility. Because of this, the browser size doesn't really matter because the article content will fit to the screen. One thing I wasn't able to achieve was making the sidebar size to scale properly.

As for compatibility, I tried to make it as compatible with as many browsers as possible. The font I downloaded and used was a .WOFF format which is currently the most compatible format. With a compatibility percentage of 97.76%, .WOFF format covers every platform, mobile device browsers included, except Opera Mini. Believe it or not, .WOFF is actually more compatible than the 'transition' property.
